We all know that the secret lies in the health of teeth brushing twice a day, reducing sugary snacks, but it seems that there is another option which is "sucking mints."
According to the newspaper "Daily Mail" a team of British researchers found that refreshing breath mint, protects teeth from acid attack with reform and protection from tooth decay. The researchers explained that the mint has four key elements:

1. calcium phosphate: repair the damage from corrosion.
2. Xylitol: Local normal, which helps to keep the acids that cause tooth decay and reduces enamel erosion.
3. Green tea helps in preventing the enzymes that break collagen and dental problems.
4. Peppermint oil: a refreshing breath.

When the scientists tested at the University of Illinois mint on the teeth with fluoride and found that it prevents tooth decay, and keeps the teeth from decay, according to Dr. "Michael Heffernan," Clinic Director of Dentistry in Eastbourne.
He added Professor "Robert Hill", director of research at the Institute of Dentistry, Queen Mary, University of London, that mint helps only in the very early stages of tooth erosion.
